The UK population had peaked to 65.6 million in 2016. And, it was reported that 18% of the population were aged 65 and over. With an ageing population that’s constantly on the rise, are the public shopping centres accommodating for the elderly and their needs, and are they making themselves accessible for those with disabilities?
